Two things stay with others. The drawings are made by the studio in Paraćin. Adapting a design to your site, climate and local rules is the work of a professional licensed where you build.

Nađa began her career alongside her father at the family firm in Paraćin. She went on to an MSc in Construction Project Management (Distinction) at UWE and a PhD at Coventry, with a thesis on how BIM teams develop through innovation, knowledge and change management. At Morava Modern she and Boban share the key decisions, and she stays responsible for each project from the first brief to the final files.

Nađa has more than nine years of experience in construction and project management, across consultancy, academia and industry, on projects of up to 80 million pounds in education, heritage, leisure, civic, culture, justice and security, sports and healthcare.

Alongside the studio, she is a client-side project manager on UK public-sector schemes. The work covers contract administration under NEC4 and JCT, procurement strategy and tendering, programme and risk management, and information management to ISO 19650 (BIM). She brings the same discipline to a single family home: a clear scope, decisions in writing, a realistic schedule and no surprises when the files arrive.

Before that, she spent two years on a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Queen's University Belfast (2019–2021), on education, residential and commercial projects, and four years at Coventry University as a PhD researcher and assistant lecturer, teaching construction procurement, risk management and BIM management at postgraduate level. As an intern consultant at Carillion (2016–2017), she worked on the Midland Metropolitan Hospital, a project of about 430 million pounds, reviewing contract documentation and developing its information management plan. At Pro-Art, the family firm, she started in 2010 and returned in 2015; she has also worked in Milan.

Since May 2025 she has reviewed papers for the journal Construction Management and Economics, on organisational development, learning and innovation in the construction industry.
