How size bands work
Each design sits in one of four size bands: Compact, Family, Signature or Estate. The band follows the design area as published, and it sets the price of every set for that design. The table shows each band's range in m² and ft², and every plan page shows its own band and prices.

The three sets
- Study Set. PDF drawings to study a design at home and share with a professional licensed where you build before you commit. It is marked "Study set, not for construction" and carries no build license. If you go ahead within 12 months, 100% of its price is credited toward the Complete Set or Studio Set of the same design.
- Complete Set. PDF and DWG files with a license to build one home on one site. This is the set your local professional adapts to your site and local rules.
- Studio Set. Everything in the Complete Set, plus time with the studio: one round of non-structural changes by the studio before handover (layout, openings, finishes), up to 12 hours, and answers to your local professional's questions by email or video, up to 6 hours over 12 months. A mirrored set is included on request. It supports your local professional; it doesn't replace their adaptation.

- The Study Set is for study and planning only. It doesn't include a license to build.
- The Complete Set and Studio Set license you to build one home on one site.
- You can share the drawings with your local professional, your builder and the authorities as needed for that build.
- Copyright stays with CAD ART studio. To build again, add an additional build license.

Refunds and cancellations
Changed your mind? If you haven't opened or downloaded any files, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Once a download has started, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds, because digital files can't be returned. Your legal rights are not affected: if files are faulty, incomplete or not as described, we'll correct or replace them, and if we can't, we'll refund you. Customers in Australia also have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that we can't exclude.

Currencies and tax
Prices are set in US dollars and exclude tax. You can view them in GBP, CAD, AUD or EUR: ≈ approx.; invoiced in USD; any applicable taxes are shown on your invoice. Conversions use fixed reference rates and are rounded, so the amount your bank charges may differ slightly.
Not included in any set
Structural design and calculations; heating, plumbing and electrical design; energy compliance; a site plan; and adaptation to your local rules. Your local professional provides these. No set is stamped or sealed.

Which set should I choose?
Choose the Study Set if you want to look closely at a design and share it with your local professional before you commit. Choose the Complete Set once you've settled on a design: it includes PDF and DWG files and a single-build license. Choose the Studio Set if you'd like changes before handover or the studio's help answering your professional's questions.
Can I see which drawings I'll get before I pay?
Yes. Each set lists what it typically includes, and your written quote confirms the exact sheet list for your design before you pay. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
Can I build the same design more than once?
Yes, with an additional build license for each extra home. If you're a developer planning several homes, ask us for a developer license quote.
How do I pay?
There is no online checkout. You send an order request, we reply with a written quote, and once you confirm it we email an invoice in US dollars. The payment details are on the invoice.
Can I pay in pounds, Canadian or Australian dollars, or euros?

Do prices include tax?
