Custom design is for one- and two-family homes. We don't offer design of apartment, mixed-use or commercial buildings outside Serbia. See the studio's work in Serbia, from family homes to residential complexes.

1. Brief. By email and video call, in English: tell us about your site, the rooms you need, how you like to live, your budget range and your timeline. Photos and a survey of the site help.
2. Concept. We draw floor plans and massing options for you to react to, and refine the one that feels right.
3. Design development. The chosen concept becomes a complete design set, with every room, opening and level resolved.
4. Handover to your local professional. A professional licensed where you build adapts the design to your site and local rules. We answer their questions about the design, within the support time set out in your quote.

Before any work starts, you receive a written quote with the scope, the drawing list and the payment stages.

A design set drawn in metric to Serbian and EU practice, with the sheet list agreed in writing before work starts and areas shown in m² and ft². Like every Morava Modern design, it is not stamped or approved for any location, and it is adapted by a professional licensed where you build.

Custom design is priced per project, because the site, the size of the home and the brief change the work too much for one starting price. Send us your brief and you get a fixed quote within 2 business days, in US dollars before tax. It fixes the price before any work starts.

Need an extra bedroom, a different kitchen or wider openings to the garden? Plan modifications are quoted as a fixed price before any work starts. The Studio Set already includes one round of non-structural changes, up to 12 hours. See pricing

Custom design and plan modifications are services. If you're a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of agreeing to the work. If you asked us to start within that period, you pay for the work done up to the point you cancel. Your quote sets out the details.
