Cancel an Order

You can use this page to cancel a contract with us within the cancellation period. You don't need to give a reason.

Who can cancel

• Consumers in the EU and the UK have a legal right to withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days. Consumers in many other countries have similar rights.
• Every customer, consumer or business, can cancel a plan set within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if no file has been opened or downloaded. See Refunds and Cancellations.

How long you have

You have 14 days from the day your contract was formed: the day you paid your invoice, or the day we received your written acceptance of our quote, if that came first. You meet the deadline if you send your notice before the 14 days end.

When the right ends early

• Digital files: once your download has started, if you asked us to make the files available straight away and confirmed that you understood you'd lose your right to cancel. Your order confirmation records whether you did.
• Services (Studio support, plan modifications and custom design): once the service has been fully performed, if you asked us to start within the 14 days and acknowledged this. If you cancel a service we started at your request, you pay a proportionate amount for the work done up to your notice.

How the form works

Step 1: tell us which contract. The form asks for:

• your full name;
• the email address you used for your order;
• your order reference: the invoice number, or the reference in our emails;
• your statement, for example: "I withdraw from my contract for the Complete Set of the Cascade design."

Step 2: confirm. Check the details and press the confirmation button. Your notice is sent only when you confirm.

We confirm receipt by email without delay, with the content of your notice and the date and time we received it. Please keep that email for your records. If the form can't send your notice directly for any reason, it prepares a ready-made email for you to send us instead; your notice counts from the moment you send it.

What happens next

• We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method you paid with unless you agree otherwise, and without any fee.
• If you've received files, please delete them and stop using them; the license that came with them ends.
• For a service, we deduct a proportionate amount for any work we did at your request before your notice.

Something wrong with your files?

That isn't a cancellation, and the 14-day limit doesn't apply. Email us with your invoice number and a short description, and we'll correct or replace the files, or refund you if we can't. See Refunds and Cancellations.
