Morava Modern is the international collection of CAD ART, a family design studio in Paraćin, Serbia, with more than 500 projects across Serbia. The studio is led by its founder, Boban Milivojević, who has worked professionally since 1993, and his daughter Nađa Milivojević, who coordinates every project from the UK. Nađa coordinates your project from the UK: its scope, schedule and decisions, through to the delivery of your files. Jovan, our lead designer, answers your requests and sends your written quote. The drawings are made by the studio team in Paraćin. You choose one of three sets: a Study Set to look closely at the design, a Complete Set with a license to build one home, or a Studio Set with support from the studio. The drawings are the starting point for your local professional, who adapts them to your site and local rules.

Choose the Study Set if you want to look closely at a design and share it with your local professional before you commit. Choose the Complete Set once you've settled on a design: it includes PDF and DWG files and a single-build license. Choose the Studio Set if you'd like changes before handover or the studio's help answering your professional's questions.

Yes. Each set lists what it typically includes, and your written quote confirms the exact sheet list for your design before you pay. Nothing is charged until you confirm.

No. Every image is a rendering or a drawing of the design. On Work in Serbia, some images are photomontages: a rendering of the design placed into a photograph of its site. Some renderings carry the CAD ART studio letterhead, in a corner or as a faint watermark, because we publish them exactly as they left the studio.

Not as a ready-made tour for every design, but one can be made to order. CAD ART studio renders the rooms of any design in the collection from its drawings, in the finishes you choose, and links them into a 360° virtual tour you walk through in a browser. You get a fixed quote within 2 business days, before any work starts.

No. The designs follow Serbian and EU practice and are not stamped or approved for any location. Before you apply for permits or build, a professional licensed where you build must review and adapt them to your site and local rules. More in building a house plan from another country.

They adapt the design to your site, climate and local rules. Their work usually covers structure and foundations for your soil and climate, energy compliance, heating, plumbing and electrical design, and conversion to imperial units where needed. It isn't included in the plan price, so ask for their estimate early.

The drawings are metric. On this site every area appears in m² with ft² converted and rounded. We don't offer imperial-dimensioned sets; your local professional converts dimensions where needed. See how to read metric house plans.

The Complete Set and Studio Set license you to build one home on one site, and to share the drawings with your professional, your builder and the authorities for that build. The Study Set is for study only and carries no build license. Copyright stays with CAD ART studio. Read the full plan license.

Yes. Your local professional adapts it to your site and rules. If you'd like the studio to make changes, the Studio Set includes one round of non-structural changes, up to 12 hours, and other modifications are quoted as a fixed price before work starts.

We reply to every order request and question within 2 business days (Central European Time). Your reply to an order request is a written quote with the exact sheet list for your design.

There is no online checkout. You send an order request, we reply with a written quote, and once you confirm it we email an invoice in US dollars. The payment details are on the invoice.

Prices are set in US dollars. You can view them in GBP, CAD, AUD or EUR on the site: ≈ approx.; invoiced in USD; any applicable taxes are shown on your invoice.

No. Prices are shown before tax. Any applicable taxes are shown on your invoice, so you see the full amount before you pay.

Changed your mind? If you haven't opened or downloaded any files, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Once a download has started, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds, because digital files can't be returned. Your legal rights are not affected: if files are faulty, incomplete or not as described, we'll correct or replace them, and if we can't, we'll refund you. Customers in Australia also have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that we can't exclude.

Yes. CAD ART studio can draw a new home for your site and brief, working with you by email and video. You receive a written quote with the scope and price before any work starts. Custom design

Yes. Tell us what you'd like to change and we'll quote a fixed price before any work starts. For modest changes, the Studio Set may cover it: it includes one round of non-structural changes, up to 12 hours.

No. Custom design is for one- and two-family homes. The apartment buildings, residential complexes and commercial buildings on Work in Serbia are the studio's work for sites in Serbia.

Yes. CAD ART studio makes 3D interior renderings and 360° tours from a Morava Modern design or from your own residential plan, so you can walk through the rooms and settle materials, color and daylight before construction starts.
