Cookies

The short version

moravamodern.com doesn't use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. That's why you won't see a cookie banner here: there's nothing to accept. The one exception: two of the 360° tours on our 3D interior rendering page load from Kuula, and only if you start one.

Analytics without cookies

We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. Visitors are recognized only through a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours, so we can't follow you from one day to the next or across other sites. We see totals, such as page views, referring sites, countries, device types and named actions like opening a 360° tour or sending a form, never a profile of you.

If you'd rather not be counted, you can block the analytics script with a content blocker, and the site works the same without it. You can also object to this measurement by emailing us.

Your currency preference

If you choose a currency for displayed prices, your browser keeps that choice in its local storage, not in a cookie, so prices appear in your currency on your next visit. It stays on your device and isn't sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Strictly necessary cookies

The site currently sets none. If a feature ever needs one to work, for example to keep a form secure, we'll list it here first. Strictly necessary cookies don't require consent.

Paying your invoice

You pay through your bank or a payment provider, outside this site. Their own cookie and privacy policies apply there.

360° tours

Our 3D interior rendering page offers 360° tours. Two of them, Residence and Contemporary, are hosted by Kuula, a US company. They load only when you select "Start the 3D virtual tour"; until then, your browser sends nothing to Kuula. Once one of them loads, Kuula may set cookies, including load-balancing cookies (AWSALB and AWSALBCORS, kept for about 7 days), and its player may measure the visit. We don't control these cookies; see Kuula's privacy policy. The other tours load only from our own site, set no cookies and send nothing to third parties. If you'd rather not load a Kuula tour, the same kind of work is shown as still images on the page.

Other sites

Apart from the two Kuula tours above, which load only when you start one, our pages don't embed videos, maps, social media widgets or advertising tags, so visiting them doesn't load anyone else's cookies. Links to other sites take you to pages with their own policies.
