The design
White walls under dark flat tiles, with anthracite panels framing each window like a picture of the garden.
Harmonia starts from a familiar shape and gives it a contemporary edge. A hipped roof in dark flat tiles settles over white rendered walls, and anthracite panels frame the windows, so each opening reads as a deliberate view of the garden.
The ground floor, 90 m² (969 ft²), is where the day happens. Living, dining and kitchen share one open room that steps straight out to a covered terrace, so breakfast, homework and summer evenings move outdoors with no effort. A bedroom with its own bathroom sits on the same level: one floor for parents in later years, or a room for guests who stay a while. A guest WC and a mechanical room complete the plan.
Upstairs, the 60 m² (646 ft²) attic belongs to the family: two bedrooms, a bathroom and a study that can become a fourth bedroom when it is needed. Dormers and roof windows bring daylight deep under the roof, so the rooms feel sheltered rather than tucked away.
Outside, a walled garden keeps the terrace private, and two open parking spaces sit by the entrance. The renderings place the house on a narrow suburban lot with a side driveway.
